This is the simple, solid fabricated deck design that set the industry
standard.
Rugged 10 gauge steel cutter deck and 7 gauge
wear strips and side skirt give strength and long life. There's also a Z-bar,
where the front of the deck mounts to the rear deck, this bar runs front to
back for additional stability and strength

Reinforced deck and front
bumper - More steel! Exactly positioned 7 gauge support channels under the belt
shield minimize vibration and further increase deck strength. This is a key
reason for Encore's precision, level cut. A square, 1 1/4" tubular steel
bumper adds more front deck stability between the casters and protects the
mower from front end damage.
